This is the story of how Brylle De Leon went from being forced to quit college due to financial circumstances to now building schools in underdeveloped areas of the Philippines and helping people in starting and scaling their agencies from scratch using the same exact Blueprint he did for his Marketing Agency.

The Person Who Taught Me To Become a Man Is a Woman

My story begins in a small town in The Philippines called Tondo.


I was born and raised there and was taken care of by my Grandmother.


It was her, who stood as my guardian, nurturing and caring for me at every step of the journey.


My Mother was in another city, working her way through to support my needs.


My Father? – All I know is he left before I was born.


I really didn't have the chance to learn how to navigate life from a real man.


And I can still vividly remember growing up, my teachers would always say to me before I competed in chess with a kid from another school – "Make your dad proud!"


So you can tell how difficult my life was whenever there's a family day at school.

Tough Times

As I go through life, it becomes evident that my desire to acquire knowledge from someone who can understand my needs is a constant presence in my journey.


Navigating the tumultuous waters of my teenage years, the absence of a father figure weighed heavily on my shoulders, a void that spurred an unyielding quest for guidance and support.


Deprived of paternal presence during my formative years, I found myself tasked with charting life's uncertain course alone, seeking solace and wisdom in the absence of a guiding hand.


Yet, in the midst of this arduous journey, I discovered an unbreakable determination to fill the gap left by the absence of a father. This determination became the catalyst for my insatiable hunger for knowledge and understanding,


Each challenge I faced, whether in relationships or in personal growth, became an opportunity to glean insights and lessons that I longed to learn from a father figure,


The yearning for guidance transformed into a relentless pursuit of self-improvement, as I diligently sought out books, and experiences that could provide the wisdom I yearned for.

First Businesses (Unprofitable)

Flipping items on the internet for a quick profit has never been easy,


And I knew that I needed to ride the tide,


ASAP.


Then I wonder what would be the product that I can easily flip on the internet, provides massive value to people but also I will enjoy doing further down the line,


That was when selling books online popped out of my head,


(Spoiler Alert)


Jeff Bezos spearheaded this entire business model,


He saw an opportunity,


Even though the full horizon was a bit blurry


He still quit his job,


And went full time on selling books,


Solely on the internet,


And that was the birth of relentless.com or also known as amaozon.com.


Now you might be asking,


But how are you making profits off of it,


Easy,


There books which you can only get for first come first serve method,


Which means that I need to watch out for a book releases,


Buy a bunch of them,


Then add my profit,


Case closed.


There are also thrift stores,


Who offer cheaper prices,


Books that you can still market.


Just like selling front seat tickets,


It is not that glamorous,


Yes,


But it helped me pay my tuition fee for School,


And enough to buy my own stuff.


I've tried tens if not hundreds of businesses online,


And majority of them failed,


But I didn't stop there.

Rock Bottom

By the time I hit 18, I was happy,


But felt sad at the same time,


I was sad because I saw the weight that will soon be put upon me,


Happy because I can now work for someone,


Legally,


Earn a stable income,


End of the story,


But No,


I knew from the very start that I needed to escape.


In my first few years of working in a Call Center companies,


Which was straight up a cut throat industry,


I let my self to feel what it would be like to gain full independence at a very young age,


I was the top performer for 4 months straight in my first sales job,


And I haven't been with the company for 6 months,


I was buying all the things I wanted,


Spoiling my family with everything,


But an unfortunate event happened...


In just under a year,


The entire operations that I was part of got dissolved in less than 48 hours,


The higher Ops said that it was really not our fault but things just got out of hand,


And there's nothing we could do about it.


We were forced to leave,


250+ people was under that project,


Then I say to my self,


Companies can easily remove people under their payroll,


It didn't matter if you have been working for them for 30+ years,


Or you have contributed something big to them,


It really doesn't matter,


You are just COGS in someone else's sheet.


I felt it,


The feeling of having a stable life and quote unquote living the dream,


But it was gone in an instant,


Worst part is, even if I could do something about it, it still wouldn't matter at all.

Pivotal Moment

Shortly after leaving my first company,


Things became even worst,


I was forced to leave College due to financial shortcomings,


I have 5 siblings,


And I just turned 19,


My mum don't have any job,


And I can see how hard she's trying to make both ends meet.


I already moved out from my parents at the age of 18,


Rented a small space for good,


With complete strangers.

Months went by but I still could not find any job,


And that's when I decided to revisit the entreprenurial journey I started back when I was 16,


Flipping items online,


But upon researching the ideal business model with literally no cost to start with,


Which might sound impossible,


I came across this business model called SMMA,


I know, sounds like another SCAM, right?


Wrapped with another coating and presented differently,


So I just ignored it for months,


And continue to flip items online while finding a job related to my experience,


Which worked out.


Fast forward a year later,


I gave the entire SMMA or Building Your Own Agency a try,


Which of course was hard at first,


But I saw the potential,


Low barrier to entry,


Little to no cost to start,

Building A Legitimate Agency

As soon as I put in the work,


Reaching out cold to prospects in a form of cold calling, cold emailining, and even going to locale businesses to offer them the service that I know,


I was stoked by how the business model works so perfectly for any businesses,


Running Ads to businesses?


Might not be the sexiest business model but it has taken the Marketing Industry like a wildfire,


It honestly feels so surreal that this business model exists,


So I continue to work on it,


Doubled down on what's working,


And remove all that is hindering my way to make this agency profitable,


And lo and behold,


Fast forward to today,


I am now earning 7 Figures,


In full profit from my Advertising agency alone.


Was it hard?


Absolutely,


It's been a tough ride for me,


Took me 4 years to get to where I am right now,


4 years of pain, suffering, and not knowing where to go.

The Future
